The OWS Double Standard
Topic: Liberal Fascism

The Occupy Wall Street mob can’t contain its outrage over the high incomes of the fat-cat 1% who dominate the American economy—you know, bankers, hedge fund managers, corporate CEOs, etc.

Noticeably absent from the OWS enemies list, however, are highly paid Hollywood celebs, professional athletes, mainstream media journalists, etc. Is it just, is it fair, that Christiane Amanpour (recently hired away from CNN to host ABC’s This Week program) makes $2 million a year while this guy, despite his master’s degree in architecture, can’t get a job? Oh, but wait, he “walked away from a useless job search” in 2008, which has enabled him to work "on some of the most innovative treehouses in the world" and stuff. Whatever. The point is, he’s mad at Wall Street, but Christiane gets a pass.
