UNITED STATES ARMY

201st EXPEDITIONARY MILITARY INTELLIGENCE BRIGADE (UEx)
Unit Guidons
The US Army's former battlefield surveillance brigades have recently been reorganized and are now designated as expeditionary intelligence brigades (EMIB). The reorganization removed the the cavalry reconnaissance squadron, leaving the EMIBs with two military intelligence battalions, a separate signal company and a separate forward support company (FSC).
The organization described above is the the standard for EMIBs of the Regular Army; those belonging to the Army Reserve and Army National Guard may be different, for instance lacking the signal company and forward support company, which would be attached in the event of mobilization and deployment.
Organizational flags, colors and guidons for units of the EMI brigades are of the standard Army patterns, using the colors oriental blue and silver gray in the case of the Military Inteligence Corps. As a separate support company, the 602nd FSC has a buff guidon with numerals and the Quartermaster branch insignia in scarlet.
